Shipping & Delivery

BearFam supports Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL and other shipping methods. Our system will automatically match the best shipping carrier according to the product shipped, destination address, and other factors, ensuring the safest and most convenient delivery to our customers.

Yes! We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most EU countries.

If you would like to order a product that we do not send to your country, please express your intention by contacting us via email at info@bearfam.com. We will provide information about the possibilities, assess the approximate delivery time, and any applicable charges.

The goods are provided to our couriers within 1-3 business days after the payment completion, as well as on weekends. Delivery time in the UK varies from 5 to 7 working days. Personalization of items may take additional 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery time in the US/CA/AU/EU varies from 7 to 9 working days. The exact time is dependent on the order date, time, and the location to which the order is sent.

Payments

You can pay using Debit/Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

You can choose the payment method that suits you best on the Checkout page.

As soon as the payment reaches our account, you will receive an order confirmation email stating that the order is complete.

If you do not receive an order completion email, please double-check the spam/junk directories of the email account. If the email is still not present within 1-2 hours, please contact us at info@bearfam.com and we will help locate the order & payment.

Yes, please purchase as normal and contact us at info@bearfam.com and we will generate an invoice for your company according to the provided details.

Yes, you can also make a payment using an overseas Debit/Credit Card. It is important to ensure that your bank/card issuer allows cross-border transactions.

We’re sorry as initiating payments via PayPal is currently unavailable.

At this time, we only accept payments through the online store, using one of the payment methods listed in our FAQ section and in the final Checkout stage.

The prices of the products within the shop are indicated including any applicable costs or taxes.

You will always see the total price on the Cart and Checkout pages.

Warranty & Returns

Yes! We’re so confident in our products that we offer a 30-day return & refund policy. If there’s something wrong with the product, we may also offer a replacement free of charge. Specific items may have an extended return policy. See the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

A warranty does not apply to our personalized products, but if you’re facing any issues within the first 30 days, we are happy to offer a free replacement or refund.

After the refund request is fully confirmed and issued, expect a refund within 5-7 business days (depending on the payment method and the bank processing timeframes).
